This hotel is conveniently located, just a short walk away from the subway station, making it easy to access different parts of the city. the rooms are comfortable, with clean bathrooms and good air conditioning. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast on the top floor with a great view of the area.

The hotel had a great hot spring and the staff was friendly. the location was also convenient for exploring the nearby attractions. Best aspects: We enjoyed soaking in the hot spring and the fact that the hotel provided a free shuttle to and from the nearby attractions was a big plus.

The walls were thin and we could hear noise from the adjacent rooms. the parking was also limited and expensive.

Comfortable rooms, smoking allowed, good location, Japanese baths, buffet breakfast, wifi in room.

The hotel is showing its age and could use some renovation or updates. The walls are quite thin and noise from neighboring rooms can be heard easily, disrupting sleep.

From the moment we arrived, the staff provided really good service. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was excellent, especially the hot tub, the sauna and the Japanese bath. The location right next to the port was fine, and we were able to enjoy the beautiful harbor view from our room. The hotel's breakfast was delicious and had lots of options to choose from. The transportation was convenient, with the Kobe Loopline bus stop and subway being so close to the hotel.
